We had an amazing experience with all of our guests for Viva Las Vegas 22. Over 4 days we provided hair and makeup for over 100 pinups and pinup brides from all over the world! We are thrilled to bring back our guest U.K stylists Pearl’s Pinup Parlor and Vintage Victory Rollers! - Thursday and Sunday appointments we travel to you! Friday and Saturday appointments we will be at the Rio Hotel and Casino.

Team HWR will be providing services April 9th-12th during Viva Las Vegas. Coming into town earlier and need to look fab? No problem! We are available leading up to VLV and after.

Where do I go for my appointment?: For appointments on April 10th and 11th team HWR will be at the Rio Hotel and Casino which is 7-10 minutes from the Orleans and right next door to the Gold Coast. Room info is released to clients closer to the date via email. For appointments on Thursday April 9th and Sunday April 12th we travel to your home, hotel or photo shoot location.
Can I request a stylist for my VLV appointment: Yes you can! If there is a specific Team HWR artist you’d like to request please include their name in the details box below. Requests are on a first come, first serve basis.
How soon should I book my appointment?: To get your preferred appointment time and day we recommend booking as soon as possible. We have guests who book months in advance. Popular days/times such as Saturday morning fill up fast! Friday and Saturdays are always the most popular days and will book out.
What is required to reserve my appointment?: A non-refundable 20% deposit reserves your appointment time and date. All clients will be required to sign a service agreement for their appointment. This ensures we have the most appointment times available for those needing hair and makeup services, and deters no-shows and cancellations.
What styles are available for my appointment?: For all VLV appointments ( non-bridal ) your hair and makeup services includes a HWR Signature style of your choice and/or classic vintage style makeup application. Lashes are always included. All hair styling and makeup applications are provided by Team HWR stylists. Team HWR is experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and specialize in vintage style hair and makeup. Continue below to see our gallery.
What if I have a specific style I want created?: Depending on the style additional fees may apply for more advanced vintage hair styles and makeup looks. Please inquire when contacting us for more info. But do not worry, Team HWR can do it all!
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?: Your balance due for your appointment and your beautiful smile! :). Cash is the only accepted form of payment for the balance due. Please arrive with 100% dry clean hair and clean moisturized skin. Team HWR will take care of the rest! Sit back, relax and enjoy.
What forms of payment do you accept for the deposit and balance due: All deposits are paid via Paypal. A Paypal invoice will be sent to your email for the deposit once your appointment is confirmed. A deposit is the only way to reserve and hold your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. The balance is due the day of your appointment. At this time cash is the only acceptable form of payment for the balance due.
Why do I need to sign a service agreement?: A service agreement is an official commitment between you and Heads Will Roll Beauty Salon. We commit to providing you with the agreed upon service with HWR standards and quality. It will contain important information for your appointment and assure your appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. You can always look back at the service agreement to provide information you may need for the appointment date. It also gives our first time clients and first time VLV attendees piece of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?: We understand things happen, however due to the limited number of appointment slots and times, please email us ASAP if you need to cancel your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. However, those who cancel within less then 72 hours will be charged with a $50 cancellation fee, and can not book future services until fee is paid. Those who are no shows or cancel day of will be charged a cancellation fee and may be denied booking services in the future, or be required to pay the total balance up front to book any services.
What should I expect at my appointment?: To have fun and to feel fabulous! Viva Las Vegas is fun but can also be hectic. We want you to feel stress free! Refreshments and snacks will be provided for appointments at the Rio April 10th and 11th to keep you hydrated and energized! Hand made hair flowers by Team HWR artists Luci Lux and Kristina Kupcake will be available for purchase to complete your vintage look!
