Booking Policies

All on-site hair and makeup appointments require a signed service agreement & 20% deposit to reserve the date.  Service agreements and deposit invoices are sent via email once appointment details have been confirmed. Appointment dates are not guaranteed until signed service agreement and deposit is received. 

The balance due is paid to your artist at the time of your appointment. At this time cash is the only form of payment accepted for the balance due, unless otherwise discussed prior to appointment date. 

Please be advised that a deposit is requested for all hair and makeup reservations. This deposit is not refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of wedding date will be charged with a $200 fee for bridal parties of 5 or less. Bridal parties of 6 or more will be charged 20% of total services.

Based on your location, where parking, valet or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, the client will be held responsible for this payment, to be paid on event date. Parking fees are based on the appointment location, number of stylists, and length of appointment.

Gratuity is not included in service price, but always appreciated!

Covid-Ninteen Procedures

We at Heads Will Roll take Covid-19 regulations and procedures very seriously. It is very important that our team and guests are safe! We are following all state mandated policies for our on-site appointments and in salon clients. Please view our current Covid-19 procedures and policies. All HWR guest must follow these guidelines. If a guest refuses, the deposit will be forfeited, and appointment cancelled. 

On-site appointments
 All guests must wear a mask while not receiving services, and before any makeup application. Only guest receiving services may be in room/area for appointment with artists. All other guests not receiving services should wait in another room if possible, or area that is distanced away from where services are taking place. All other guests not receiving services must wear mask while in same area as artist(s). Your team HWR artist will always wear a mask during your appointment, clean and sanitize tools, and clean hands frequently. 

In salon appointments
 All guests must wear a mask in the salon suite for the entire duration of the appointment. If you do not have a mask, a mask will be provided to you  if available. All guests are required to wash and/or sanitize hands prior to appointment. Hand sanitizer is made available to all guests. If guest refuses to wear mask, appointment will be cancelled and any deposits will be forfeited. Your in salon stylist will always wear a mask during the duration of your appointment, clean and sanitize suite in between each client,  clean hands frequently, and clean and sanitize tools frequently.
